UNNAMED YEARLING
In March 2024, our broodmare, Di Matteo gave birth to a healthy, well put together filly who we have affectionately named, Primrose.
Di Matteo raced for our sister syndicate and was a winner at six furlongs for Marco Botti. She is also a full sister to Samedi Rien who has been placed in Group company, and is also a half sister to multiple winner, Valentinka. The Damsire is Bated Breath, who is a stallion we know well. His mare's progeny have also been operating at a tremendous strike rate in recent years. Di Matteo's first foal is currently in our care, is in training with James Evans, and should be making her race course debut later this year.
The Sire of Primrose is Land Force, who was a precocious juvenile sprinter for Aiden O'Brien. His first crop hit the race track in 2023, and since then he's been responsible for fifty winners. Our hope is that Primrose will have inherited speed in abundance from both sides of her bloodline and she certainly has plenty of zip when she's running free around the fields at home!

The filly will be joining Tony Carroll in the new year, and should hopefully be hitting the track in the spring of 2026.
THE PARTNERSHIP
The Partnership will run from 1st January 2026 to 31st March 2027 and there will be nothing further to pay during the term regardless of whether additional unforeseen costs are incurred as the partnership will be underwritten by Peter Clarke Racing Partners Ltd.
By virtue of owning a share, you will receive a share of prize money, a share of future sale proceeds and all the other benefits which come with being an owner. We operate designated groups on Discord/WhatsApp, where we share regular updates about the horse, race day reviews, pictures, videos and more. You will also have the opportunity to suggest and vote on a potential name for the foal and attend stable visits.
They partnership is divided into 20 shares with each share costing £3,000.00. This includes a contribution towards the training costs, race day costs, and all other expenses relating to the horse for the terms of the partnership. All payments relating to such costs will be made from a designated partnership account, with statements provided to the members on a bi-annual basis. Any surplus which remains at the end of the terms will be distributed to the partners. together with prizemoney and sale proceeds.
Breakdown of Costs Per Share (20)
Capital Amount (value of the horse) = £750.00
Contribution towards expenses = £2,250.00
We offer two purchase options:
1. Payment in Full - £3,000.00
2. Deposit - £1,500.00 due upon checkout, followed by 6 monthly payments of £250.00. A recurring invoice will be sent out for settlement. Failure to maintain the payments may result in you being removed from the partnership.
All of our partnership are subject to the PCRP Terms and Conditions.
REFUND POLICY
We will offer a full refund on any share purchase providing we are notified within 14 days from receipt of the payment and providing that the horse hasn't run in the intervening period.
SHIPPING INFO
Upon payment being received you will be emailed a welcome pack and share certificate. You will also be added into the designated Discord/WhatsApp group for the horse. Both apps can be download via the app store for free on your mobile or laptop.
